  • Instant Pot Pressure Cooker



  • Combine apricot preserves, Catalina dressing, dijon mustard, and dry onion soup mix in a small mixing bowl. 
  • Put 1/3 cup water in the Instant Pot. Place chicken in the water and pour apricot mixture over the top of the chicken.
  • Place lid (make sure release tab is set to "sealing") and cook on high pressure for 15 minutes.
  • Allow to natural release for additional 5 minutes. 
  • Quick release and remove chicken. Spoon excess sauce from the Instant Pot over the chicken before serving.
