- 3 avocados
- ¼ cup finely diced red onion
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- ½ bunch cilantro leaves, chopped
- 1 jalapeno, finely chopped
- 1 large tomato or 2 small tomatoes, diced
- 1 lime, juiced
- 4-5 shakes green Tabasco sauce
- kosher salt, to taste
- fresh cracked black pepper, to taste
Pit avocados and place in a bowl. If you like your guac chunky, coarsely chop the avocados. If you like your guac smooth, mash it instead.
Add the rest of the ingredients to the bowl.
Stir until all the ingredients are distributed evenly.
