White Chocolate Bird Nests
These Chocolate Bird Nests are a favorite for Easter in our family. My kids love helping to make the little nests and adding little chocolate eggs to the middle.

- 11 ounces white chocolate chips (you can substitute butterscotch or peanut butter chips)
- 1 cup crunchy chow mein noodles
- 1/2 cup toasted coconut
- 1 bag jelly beans
In a glass bowl, microwave white chocolate chips for 1 minute on 70% power. Stir. Microwave for 15 second intervals, stirring between each one, until chocolate is smooth.
Add noodles and coconut and mix until coated.
Put a sheet of wax paper onto a cookie sheet. Form nests with the noodle mixture and place on wax paper.
Place 3 jelly beans in center of each nest.
