Air Fryer Boneless Pork Chops

It only takes 5 ingredients and 15 minutes to make these juicy air fryer boneless pork chops! Plus clean up is a breeze!

Equipment

Ingredients

  • 2-3 pork chops
  • 1 tablespoon avocado oil (or to taste)
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt (or to taste)
  • 2 tablespoons ranch dressing seasoning mix (or 1 packet)
  • 2 teaspoons paprika (or to taste)

Instructions

  • Remove pork chops from packaging and pat dry with a paper towel. Drizzle oil onto each pork chop. Rub oil in with hands until well covered.

  • Sprinkle salt onto each side of each pork chop, then do the same with the ranch seasoning and paprika. Rub with hands until all sides of the pork chop are covered in seasoning.

  • Air fry at 400 degrees F for 7 minutes.

  • Flip pork chops and cook at 375 degrees F for another 7-8 minutes or until an instant-read digital  meat thermometer reads 145 degrees F.

  • Time will vary depending on the thickness of your pork chops so check the temperature often after you flip them.

  • Allow pork chops to rest 2-3 minutes before serving.

Notes

  • Check the pork chops often with a digital thermometer after flipping to avoid over cooking
  • For a crispy coating combine the salt, ranch dressing mix and paprika with a cup of panko breadcrumbs and a half cup of parmesan cheese. Dredge the pork chop in flour, then in egg, then coat in the breadcrumb mixture. Spray with cooking spray before cooking in the air fryer. If you notice the breadcrumbs getting too brown, lightly wrap the chops in foil an continue air frying until done.
  • If you don't have ranch mix or you just want to make ranch seasoning from scratch, simply use the seasonings used in our homemade ranch dressing recipe.
