You just can’t go wrong with a blend of bananas, strawberries, blueberries, and orange juice. In those 4 simple ingredients you get a boost of potassium, vitamin C, fiber, magnesium, folic acid, and antioxidants among other health benefits. If you add Greek yogurt to this smoothie, you are also adding protein and probiotics. So much goodness in one smoothie!
- In a large blender combine yogurt, banana, berries, orange juice and honey. Cover and blend until smooth. Add ice cubes, a few at a time, until desired thickness. Serve immediately.
