Questions About Spanish Chicken and Rice

Can you cook rice in the same pan after chicken?

Yes it is safe to cooke them in the same pan. I’m always really careful when working with raw meat in my kitchen. Because everything gets heated to 165 degrees or higher, it is totally safe to cook everything in the same pan.

What goes with Spanish chicken and rice?

I serve this dish on its own out of convenience, but a side salad or roasted vegetables are great options.

How do I store leftovers?

  1. I love the Taco Seasoning. Some Chefs/Cooks use it at home as they have admitted. It’s a lot cheaper and space saver to get the mix.

My first slow cooker black bean recipe, I didn’t have all the spices needed. I used a Fajita mix. OMG! They were the best batch ever.

  2. I am always looking for new meals to cook especially on busy weeknights when we are running around to extra curricular activities! This looks so good!

    1. This is delicious! My husband and my son both love it! It will definitely be a recipe that I make often.
