Cheesecake is the ultimate indulgence…especially when topped with chocolate and raspberries. Some recipes for cheesecake are complicated and you never know if it will turn out. This cheesecake is easy to make and turns out amazing every time!
Ingredients
- 2 pkgs cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla
- 2 eggs
- Grahm cracker pie crust
Instructions
- Mix cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla until creamy. Then beat eggs in - one at a time blending well between each one. Pour into crust. Bake at 350 for 40 min. Cool. Refrigerate at least 3 hours.
- You can top it with anything you want. For this one we did chocolate sauce and fresh raspberries.

Can you post the recipe for the chocolate sauce, if it’s homemade? It looks so thick and creamy! I have been searching for a good fudgey topping.
It was actually Dove Hot Fudge sauce, which is REALLY good!
