This Dorito Dip is a dip FOR Doritos, not made FROM Doritos — just to clear up any confusion! I know it sounds weird but hear me out. Our family LOVES dipping Doritos in cottage cheese. I know to some this may sound ridiculous but it is delicious. Last year, some friends at work threw me a baby shower and one of the girls brought this Dorito dip. My first thought was, “Why didn’t I think of this?!” The dip was genius! It is a mild dip that compliments cheesy Doritos perfectly. It works great with any kind of Doritos but our favorite chip to dip is the Nacho Cheesier Doritos. If you like dipping Doritos in cottage cheese, you are going to LOVE this! Ingredients
- 1 (24 oz)canister cottage cheese
- 2 tomatoes, diced
- 2 avocados, diced
- 1/2 c. canned corn, drained
- 3 green onions, chopped
- 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
- salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Spoon cottage cheese into a medium-sized bowl. Fold in remaining ingredients until well combined. Serve with Doritos ( I like it best with "Nacho Cheesier Doritos").

Cool Cucumber dip
Diced cucumbers approx. 3
1 pint sour cream
1 pint cottage cheese
green onion chopped approx 3
2 tbsp mayo
salt and pepper
Combine and serve with Doritos.
Our favorite summertime dip.
