These honey berry sriracha skewers are pretty much our favorite thing to put on the grill at the moment. Don’t worry, they really aren’t very spicy at all (unless you want them to be)!
Honey Berry Sriracha SkewersSummertime is HERE and I could not be happier about it. We have actually been grilling for several weeks now but now it is getting into serious grilling season. We have already made these specific skewers several times this year because they are just so dang tasty. Even the little kids devour them! If you are wondering what to make for Memorial Day, Father’s Day, or the 4th of July.

What makes these skewers even better is that the glaze is only THREE ingredients… and guess what? No added sugars (like your typical BBQ sauce). These are naturally sweetened with Smucker’s Fruit and Honey spreads.

MY LATEST RECIPES

Believe it or not, this is actually NOT a sponsored post! Smucker’s is not paying us for this post and all these opinions are completely my own. I just love these spreads so much, I wanted to share it with all of you. We used the Triple Berry Fruit & Honey Spread for this but really, you can use ANY of their Fruit & Honey spreads and I promise you, they will ALL taste amazing. They have a new Strawberry Jalapeno one I am dying to try for this recipe (if you happen to try it before me, come back and let me know what you think)!

Anyway, moving on… You are going to love the sweet and savory (and slightly spicy) combination of these skewers. I like to add a lot of Sriracha on mine but I scale way back for the kids’ skewers. Add the amount that is just right for you.

These berry Sriracha skewers are super healthy as-is (because of the low sugar content) but you can make it even healthier by using chicken sausage as opposed to regular smoked sausage (I have been doing this lately and I haven’t had any complaints from the fam).

If you are looking for some side dishes to go with these grilled skewers, we have LOTS of options! Some of our most popular are our Homestyle Potato Salad, our traditional Macaroni Salad and our Hawaiian Macaroni Salad. In the picture above, I made it with our yellow rice recipe and it was delicious!
