Tropical Slush

Tropical Slush -- I will be making this MANY times this summer! YUM! from FavFamilyRecipes.comThis Tropical Slush is DELICIOUS! It is the perfect thirst-quencher for a HOT summer’s day. Fancy it up by serving in hollowed out pineapples. This makes enough for a pretty good crowd (serves 20-24) so if you are making these for a smaller group you may want to half the recipe.

Tropical Slush

  • 1/2 gallon lime sherbet
  • 1/2 gallon pineapple sherbet
  • 2 liters 7-up
  • 6 oz. frozen pineapple juice
  • 6 oz. frozen limeade
  • 7 1/2 oz (1/2 can) Coco Lopez Cream of Coconut

  • Mash together until sherbet is softened and slush-like. Serve immediately.

  1. This looks fantastic! I may try it out for a party this weekend. I just wanted to clarify…when you say frozen pineapple juice and frozen limeade, are you talking about the frozen concentrates? Just want to make sure I have the right ratios. Thank you!

    • hmmm… you could possibly substitute with another flavor like raspberry. Or you can leave it our all together. It just adds a creaminess to it– I am sure you could leave it out!
