This Better Than Sex Cake is rich, creamy, and sinfully delicious, and it’s so easy to make! It can be made as far in advance as two days before serving, but store it in the refrigerator until just before serving time. Top with whipped topping and toppings right before serving.

Of course, the name of this cake is not exactly family friendly. In front of the kids we call it “Better Than You Know What Cake.” We have had many of our readers share with us what they call this dessert. Some people say they call it “Better Than Sex,” while others say they call it “Better Than Anything You Can Think Of.” Still others have told us they simply refer to it as their “secret weapon.” Whatever you want to call this delicious dessert, one thing is for sure: It’s easy to make, tastes incredible, and will leave everyone satisfied and smiling!

What is Better Than Sex Cake?

Better Than Sex Cake is a decadent chocolate poke cake that combines layers of moist chocolate cake, creamy whipped cream, rich caramel sauce, and a sprinkle of toffee bits. The result is a heavenly dessert with a combination of flavors and textures that will have you craving more.

It All Started with a Box Cake

You won’t believe that this sinfully delicious Better Than Sex Cake recipe starts out with just a regular box cake mix and a cake pan. The perfect combination to start this recipe off quick and easy. My favorite part of this recipe is poking the holes in the cake with a wooden spoon and pouring the caramel sauce over the top. It is so fun! Make sure the holes are evenly spaced and not too close together, otherwise your cake will end up soggy. Here’s what you need for this recipe:

  • Devil’s Food Cake Mix
  • Sweetened condensed milk
  • Caramel ice cream topping
  • frozen whipped topping (or fresh whipped cream)
  • Heath candy bars (or Skor bars), chopped

Make Your Own Chocolate Cake Mix

Prefer to make your cake mix from scratch? We’ve got you covered! Make any kind of cake mix using our simple Homemade Cake Mix Recipe and pick the variation you are going for. After making the cake mix, just add eggs, butter, cocoa, and milk to make the perfect cake batter.

Better Than Sex Cake Variations

We have made this several different ways, we have even had a reader report that it is delicious with a white cake mix or yellow cake mix in place of the chocolate mix. If you can’t find Devil’s Food Cake mix, you can use a German chocolate cake mix or a regular chocolate cake mix instead. You can also add any kind of chopped up candy bars on the top, but we love Skor candy bars or Heath bars the best. The crunchy toffee candy is so good! Here are some more great topping ideas:

  • Butterfinger Bars
  • Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups
  • M & Ms Minis
  • Reese’s Pieces
  • Snickers Bars
  • Crushed Oreo Cookies or Mini Oreos
  • Fudge Stripe Cookies
  • Chocolate Chips
  • Peanut Butter Chips
  • Caramel ice cream topping (drizzle over the top in a fun design. YUM!)
  • Hot fudge (can also be drizzled over the top)

All work great and are just as good, it just depends on the taste you are going for. Make it with your favorite candy to make it just right for YOU.

Storage Tips

To keep your “Better Than Sex” cake tasting fresh and delicious, here are some helpful storage tips:

  1. Refrigeration: Due to its whipped cream and caramel components, it’s best to store the cake in the refrigerator. Cover it tightly with plastic wrap or transfer it to an airtight container to prevent drying out and to maintain its moisture.
  2. Slicing and Storing: If you have leftover slices, individually wrap them in plastic wrap or place them in individual airtight containers. This will help maintain the freshness and prevent the cake from absorbing any unwanted odors from the refrigerator.
  3. Freezing: If you anticipate longer storage, consider freezing the entire cake or individual portions. Wrap each slice tightly in plastic wrap and place them in a freezer-safe container or resealable bag or simply place the entire cake in a freezer-safe container or bag. Ensure the cake or slices are well-protected to prevent freezer burn. The frozen cake can be enjoyed within 2-3 months. Thaw in the refrigerator overnight before serving.
  4. Serve Chilled or Thawed: If you prefer a colder and firmer texture, you can serve the cake directly from the refrigerator. Otherwise, you can let it sit at room temperature for about 15-30 minutes before serving to allow it to soften slightly.

Remember, the “Better Than Sex” cake is best enjoyed when fresh. So, aim to consume it within a few days for the ultimate flavor experience.

Frequently Asked Questions

What are Heath and Skor Candy Bars?

Heath and Skor Candy Bars are English toffee bars covered in milk chocolate. The Hershey Company makes the Heath Toffee bars and also sells Heath Toffee Bits which are great for baking in cookies and as a topping on this cake. The Hershey Company, makers of Skor Bars, markets them as “buttery toffee enrobed in milk chocolate.” There are no nuts in either bar. They can be found in typical grocery stores.

Can Better Than Sex Cake be made ahead?

Yes, make it a day or two before serving if needed, but store it in the refrigerator. Add the whipped topping and toppings just before serving.

Can I use real whipped cream instead of Cool Whip?

Absolutely! However, don’t use the whipped cream that comes in a can. It melts quickly and becomes runny, and won’t work for this recipe. You can make your own whipped cream with heavy cream and sugar, and it will taste amazing!

  1. i made this cake for my workplace, i work in a hospital as the head cook for patient breakfast and the cafeteria, so i found this recipe totally by accident and loved the name, and therefore i made it!! It was a complete hit with everyone!! They loved it, so sweet and moist.. Will definitely make again

  2. One of my most favorite cakes ever. After I pour the sweetened condensed milk and caramel mixture, I put it back in the oven for 5 minutes to set those toppings a little more. It makes it more gooey and less runny. And everyone fights to scrape the sides of the pan to get the caramelized goodness.

  3. Hi so I recently made your BETTER THAN SEX CAKE for my friends bday WITH A FEW INTERSTING CHANGES FOR A EVEN MORE AMAZING TASTE ..SO I STARTED with the devils food cake mix, MIXING accord. then I added a pckg if dry instant choc pudding,2 eggs and water and baked accord. FOLLOWED BY ;
poking the holes on top of the cake, carefully pouring the combined condensed milk and caramel sauce covering entire cake, I let it set then as for frosting I combined whipped butter ,powdered sugar and finely chopped candy bars together then spread over entire cake the sprinkled with CHUNKS OF HEATH SKOR AND BUTTERFINGER CANDY BARS THEN DRIZZLE CHOC.AND CARAMEL SYRUP FRIDGERATE ,THANK YOU SINCERELY Giselle

  4. There are tree nuts in both Heath and Skor bars. Toffee in America generally always has almonds or nuts of some sort.

Is there anything more you could want in a cake?! I don’t think so! This has such amazing ingredients and flavor. YUM!

        1. You can, although I would recommend waiting to frost and top the cake until right before you serve it. Otherwise it may be too soggy.

  6. My son wants this for graduation, which means I need to make about 10 of them! Can I make and freeze ahead of time? Before I freeze it should I drizzle the sweetened condensed milk and carmel on it, or make the cake, poke the holes, freeze, unthaw and then do the sweetened condensed milk and carmel?

    1. Oh man, these are all great questions. If it were me, I would freeze right after baking. I would thaw completely and then poke holes and add the remaining ingredients. My concern about doing the holes before freezing would be the cake drying out. Hope this helps!

  7. Skor bars do contain roasted almonds for anyone with nut allergies. My daughter-in-law has severe allergic allergies…..so I made this and will only put skor bar after she takes her piece.

    1. We don’t have the nutrition info on our recipes but you can copy them and paste them into a recipe calculator like livestrong.com and that should give you a good idea of the nutritional info! Hope this helps!

  8. Can I make this ahead and freeze it for a day or two?
Or, how long can I make the complete cake (including the cool whip topping) and refrigerate prior to serving? I need to make it two days in advance.

  9. To make this about 1700 times better start with homemade cake and make your own whipped cream. Cool Whip is just…..not right

  10. I’m making this for work tomorrow, but I don’t have fridge space at home. Can I make the cake tonight, put on the sweetened condensed milk and caramel, and leave it on the counter overnight? Then I would put the whipped topping on in the morning. Would that work? Thanks!

    1. I don’t know if I would leave it on overnight… Is it still pretty cold where you are? You may want to store it where it is cooler like in a garage or outside.

    2. I would not leave it on the counter overnight. you can make room in fridge, My hubby always makes room for me putting stuff up.

  11. I’m going to make this cake for a work luncheon. If I make it the night before and put it in the fridge would it be ok until Lunch the next day or should I freeze it the night before and let it thaw? What’s your preference on this?

    1. Yes, it will be totally fine. Just make sure it is covered well so it doesn’t dry out. You don’t need to freeze it. I actually like it best the next day anyway 😉

  12. I use a yellow cake mix. Can of crushed pineapple (drained – keep the juice), container of cool whip – softened.

After baking cake, remove from oven and immediately pour the drained pineapple juice over the hot cake. Put cake into frig for a couple of hours. Mix the soft (but cold) cool whip with crushed pineapple and smoth over cold cake.

I call this my “Pig Pickin'” cake.

  13. I’m Canadian so I don’t know if that has anything to do with the name but our version of that dessert is totally different. I think people just like calling it that for fun. I call this kind of dessert a slush cake. Our version if this cake has bananas, graham cracker crust, a sweet filling of whipping cream and pudding and cherries on top. Almost like a big ice box cake.

  14. My family of 9 is coming for my 52nd birthday, and they are bringing the dinner. I’m making this cake and calling it “Johnny Depp Cake”, after the pirate and the reader who called it Robert Redford or Tom Selleck Cake. We have to change with the times, you know? At this age, I think it WILL taste better than you-know-what. Haha (I just hope nobody ever calls it Justin Beiber Cake)!

  15. I’m making this right now for my daughter’s 4th birthday today. 🙂 I have heard of this recipe for many years but have never had the chance to try it. I’m sure it will be a hit!

  16. Thank you! I can’t wait to try this. No, I did not read through all the comments but did you mean Heath bars? Instead of ‘Health’ bars? 🙂

    1. If you don’t want to use sweetened condensed milk, you can just use extra caramel or butterscotch topping. It works just as well. When I first started making this cake, that is all that I used. Thank you for asking!

  17. I have a recipe called “Better than Sex” cake, but instead of actual cake, it calls for chocolate pudding, and the crust/topping is nuts. Anyone else tried this version?

  18. It looks nice but I don’t understand why so many desserts use packet mix? Why not make the cake from scratch? So many American recipes do this- does no one bake in the states? I’m going to try it but actually make the cake myself rather than cheating with horrible packet mix- you guys should try it!

      1. Yes, I did but I used heath bar bits instead of nuts. I took it to work and everyone s a I’d it was to die for. It must have been, a lot of people didn’t get any!!!!!

      2. We Americans do bake from scratch, it is so much better. No store bought cakes here. Unfortunately what you see and what we do is two completely different things. I am making sure my Grandkids are learning how to bake like I did with my Grandmother and Mom. ❤

  19. 5 stars
I have made this several times however I use hot fudge topping with smashed up malted milk balls. A huge hit among young adults.

    1. Do you have HEATH bars? They are essentially the same as a SKOR bar. It is a toffee candy bar covered in milk chocolate – similar to English Toffee. In the U.S. you can also get toffee bits that are used for baking, and these work really well too.

  20. I just finish making this cake for my Birthday . i will let you know how it came out. keeping my fingers cross . Thank you for the recipe.

  21. This sounds so good and delicious so i will make it for my Church dinner after our service !! I’m so grateful for the share and all of the compliments on this truly amazing Cake Love The Way It Sounds Just So Scrumptious and Yummy Yours Truly Joy B.

  22. I make this cake ALL the time for events and I NEVER come home with any! The only difference I do is that use a chocolate cake mix and 12 oz of diet coke and mix it together and back as directed! You can very it with dr. pepper or cherry coke, ect!! you can not even taste that it was made with diet coke and I get asked the recipe ALL the time!!

  23. I love this cake too and have made it often. It’s always a hit. I do one thing differently, however. I mix half the jar of caramel sauce with the sweetened condensed milk before pouring it over the cake. Oh YUM!!

  24. 5 stars
I make it at Halloween and we call it the Gooey Goblin Cake! I always buy a bag of Heath toffee bits for the top…costs less and is a lot easier than pulverizing Heath bars!

  25. 5 stars
Great cake, always a crowd pleaser. I use the fork method instead of the handle of the wooden spoon, and use hot fudge ice cream topping instead of caramel topping. I always freeze the Heath Bars in the wrapper then take a hammer to them while they are still wrapped. This makes less of a mess. Then I sprinkle the candy from the wrapper onto the cake. Ellen.

  26. I can hardly wait to make this cake for Easter!! I’m wondering if it would work in 2- 9″ round cake pans to form in the shape of a bunny or if all the gooey stuff is better in the 9 x 13′ pan??

  27. This looks great and very easy to make. I will be trying it out for Easter this year as I am responsible for the dessert.

  28. The SWEETENED condensed milk makes it way too sweet. I use Mrs RICHARDSON’S CARAMEL FUDGE ice cream topping, heated a little , then cool whip and candy bars, so good!!

  29. 5 stars
Made this for my family Easter celebration this year and it was a HUGE success! Everyone had seconds! Not sure if it was better then you-know-what though…(lol)

  30. If you’re going to post recipes then please make sure all ingredients (words) are spelled correctly. I don’t think you mean “health” bars. Don’t you mean heath candy bars?

      1. if you look by the chocolate chips there are bags of Heath bar bits. I don’t know for sure what they are called but that is what I use on “Death by Chocolate”. I am making the (I am going to call it) OMG cake for a family reunion tomorrow..can not wait!

  31. I was in a hurry, poked the holes then added the condensed milk etc..right away..waiting now for it to cool..hope I didn’t ruin it..after I’ll put the cream on and its in the fridge..has anyone else done that..please say it was okay…thanks

    1. I’m not sure, I haven’t tried that. It might be easier to mail the ingredients with directions on how to make it.

  32. 5 stars
We call it ALMOST better than Sex cake. We laugh at those who call it “Better than” 🙂

We fork the cake but not all the way to the bottom, and drizzle sweetened condensed milk, a jar of caramel sauce, and a jar of chocolate fudge sauce, then keep it refrigerated over night. The next day right before serving, cool whip with crumbled SKOR bar all over it. I even mix in a dry pistachio pudding mix in with the cool whip sometimes. So GOOD!!

  33. I see a lot of people are having a hard time finding Skor bars as I was. I decided to take teh ten minutes extra and make my own toffee at home. Worked great and it always tastes better when you know its all been made at your own hand.

  34. Wow, marvelous weblog layout! How long have you been blogging for? you make blogging glance easy. The overall look of your website is great, let alone the content!

  35. When I don’t have sweetened condensed milk I omit it and it turns out great. I use Mrs. richardson’s butterscotch caramel. I am not a fan of score bar so I top with crushed Oreos. Yum… My husband calls this score cake with or without the candy bar.

  36. Hi, I know it’s been eleventy months since you posted this, but I’m thinking about making this because I read somewhere that it’s also called “Slap yo momma twice cake” and I want to gift it to my mom and call it that. 😛 The problem is that I live in Greece and we don’t have skor bars here… Would something like twix do? Or snickers? I can’t think of many alternatives, but it seems to me like these two would fit…

    1. Sure any of those would work… I just like the crunch of stor bars. Maybe try any other kind of chocolate covered toffee… Or butterfinger would probably be ok too.

  37. There’s glutten free and sugar free cake mixes offered by betty crocker brand and other brands at walmart for those asking for healthier conversions. other ingredients you could probably go light on cool whip or instant light pudding vanilla or banana mix i imagine works well too.

  38. 5 stars
Just made this for my cousins birthday party tonight!! I’ve tried it once before! Thanks for posting it so I could get the recipe!

  39. 5 stars
I have been making this cake for years! It’s my kids favorite, but we have always called it Butterfinger Cake because I’ve always used yellow cake mix and butterfinger candy bars on top. The rest is the same. I always put it in the refrigerator overnight and put the cool whip and candy bars on right before serving. We think it’s always better a day or two later….more gooey!! YUMMY!!!

  40. I use butterfinger candy bars and either butterscotch or caramel ice cream topping. I do not use the sweetened condensed milk and it is heavenly:) In fact several members of the family request this cake for their Birthday every year.

  41. this is not the “better than sex cake” my momma used to make nd i miss it so much. this looks delicious nd i will make this nd check it out…..

  42. Do you think it would be ok to use something besides cool whip, like some other type of frosting or cream filling? I want to make this for my boyfriend but he’s not a huge fan of cool whip.

    1. You could try doing regular whipped cream, that would probably be the closest thing to cool whip. I think frosting would make it too rich. Maybe cheesecake flavored pudding….

  43. 5 stars
I save this for very special events. I made it for work for a United Way auction and it won $50 for the contribution. I also use it for whenever I want to thank someone for doing a great job. They are so amazed that someone makes cakes I dare not say how easy it is.
    Great fun.

This is the best cake ever. I have made this probably 5 times this summer. Everyone loves it. I am making it again today for another cookout. Thank you for PInterest.

        1. The cake will be fine to make on Thursday and serve on Saturday. Keep it covered and in the refrigerator. Add the cool whip and toppings just before serving. It will be great!

  45. I plan to make this for a picnic. Sounds fantastic! I was wondering how it is to cut. Maybe should just spoon it out? I think that would work ok. What’s you’re opinion?

  46. If I don’t have sweeten condense milk. Can I substitute with evaporated milk? Or just not add milk, since I don’t have any?

    1. U can puncture the lid of the evaporated milk and simmer it in water level halfway up the can for 1hour and it will make caramel sauce similar to sweetened condensed milk. Pour it over the cake Uncooked Evap
milk would make a soggy cake.

  47. 5 stars
I used Butter Pecan Cake Mix (because I was out of chocolate). It was delicious too!!! It is a favorite at my house.

  48. 5 stars
This cake is a huge hit with my family & friends. Every time we have get together’s I already know what I’m supposed to bring. I have also used this with yellow cake mix & butterfingers. It is good as well. It’s hard to find Heath Bars around here for some reason so if I can’t find them I have used Snicker bars & Recces Bits as well.

  49. Do you think that I could use strawberry (raspberry?) syrup instead of the caramel and omit the crushed candy bar on top??? I am thinking of making this for my friends birthday party and she isn’t fond of chocolate candy of caramel… any tips???

    1. Honestly, you can use whatever you would like! I have never done it before but it sounds like it could be good!

  50. It is good but I have a similiar receipe that is much better. Use a butter pecan cake mix instead of the chocolate, omit the whipped cream and add chopped skor bars to the top after you pour the sweetened milk on it. The bars melt on the top of the cake. Toooo DIE for!!!! MUCH better than this receipe. I wouldn’t make this again.

    1. Thanks for all the replys. I could not find skor candy bars. Glad to know I can use reeses peanut butter cups or health. Thanks again
      I am from Cushig, OK
      Lois

  51. Does it have to stay refrigerated after you make it? I want to make this for a staff get together at work but there won’t be a refrigerator there.

    1. I like it best refrigerated but room temp isn’t bad. The cake is more moist at room temp so that’s a plus I guess!

love love love this cake! We are making it for my birthday tomorrow (as we have for every other birthday!!) My mom always called it “better than tom selleck cake” growing up… : )

I just made this tonight and LOVE it! I folded the cool whip into a little bit of instant vanilla pudding (just like with jello cake) to give it a little extra creaminess and flavor. DELICIOUS! 🙂

    Hello,

I’m Australian and I tried this recipe last night with Tim Tams (chocolate covered biscuits very popular here) and it was fanbloodytastic. Have a good week!

    Regards,
    Sharon Ann

  55. Ok just put the cake in the oven..I got this from pintrest…looking for a fun bday cake for my Husband tonight,I hope it comes out as good as it looks!!!!!!!!!!! Thanks so much

  56. I am trying to find a healthier recipe for Easter for my inlaws..They told me to bring a dessert but it cannot be healthy. So just to prove them wrong I want to make something “healthier”. Do you think there is a way to tweak this to make it “Healthier?

    1. Becky– I don’t know what to tell you! I don’t know how to make this healthy without taking away from the taste! Maybe use light whipped topping and applesauce instead of oil in the cake mix? That is all I can come up with off the top of my head. Sorry I couldn’t be of more help!

    2. You can use light or sugar-free whipped topping, caramel, sweetened condensed milk. They even have low-sugar chocolate cake. It doesn’t make it “healthy,” but healthier.

    3. If you are a coconut fan, I would pour coconut milk over the cake instead of sweetened condensed milk. use sugar free caramel syrup, melt down dark dark chocolate bars and drizzle over, use berries instead of candy bars (rasberries, blueberries, chopped strawberries). You can stick with cool whip, but I would whip up my own heavy whipping cream (it is considered a “healthy” fat 🙂

I have to stay away from sugar and starch so to make this recipe I’m making my own chocolate cake w/coconut flour and unsweetened cocoa powder sweetened with xylitol. Haven’t tried it yet but I’m excited to!

This is has been a long time family favorite…. in the old days it was also known as the Robert Redford cake…
When my daughter went off to college, she called home for the recipe and I couldn’t, in good concious pass it along to her with its “sinful” name to make for her college roommates…. and since she was too young to know Robert Redford movies, I quickly called it the Tom Selleck Cake and it’s been known by that ever since…
    Ha ha ha
Everyone who eats this loves it and who doesn’t love Tom Selleck!!!

My sister in law first introduced me to this cake and its now my absolute favorite! I love this cake 😀 I don’t think I have met anyone thats tried it that did not like it!

I’ve made this hundreds of times and call it Better Than Sex Cake. It’s always a hit and so simple to make. Yum yum!

    1. Don’t use real whip cream from the can because it melts quickly and makes a mess. You want to use tub whipped topping.

  60. 5 stars
I made this and it was amazing! I got it off Pinterest. I wanted to share on facebook, but I can’t seem to do it. Actually, this is one of the best desserts I have made. I am a pie lover, but this is over the top!

I make this with other kinds of candy bars and it is great!!!! This is an easy cake to make and pretty hard to mess up. LOVE IT!!!!!

    1. You should try the pinacalada cake. You use coconut milk in the holes then cover with a can of crushed pineapple drained and cover top with coconut.
      Bake a yellow cake.

      1. Yum! That sounds amazing. I will try it – I love pineapple and coconut. Thank you for the idea… it may be an upcoming post!

      2. Pina colada cake also has a can of Eagle Brand, and coconut cream poured over cake, then the crushed pineapple, coconut ,cool whip and more coconut.

I always refrigerate mine over night. It is much better that way. And it doesn't get soggy…just gooey! Yum!

  64. Do you think this cake would do ok in the fridge overnight or would it get too soggy? Should I hold off on toppings until closer to serving it?

We couldn't find any Skor bars at our grocery store in Maryland so we used heath bars and a few cinnamon covered pecan toffee pieces. Everyone just loved this!! It reminds me of a coconut tres leche style cake that I make with the condensed milk being poured into holes in the cake. I used to not like cake because they can be try, with the milk poured into the cake holes I am a cake fan again!

  66. Looks AMAZING! I've been meaning to try and make this one. Thanks for the recipe! I always trust your recipes!! 🙂 So by whipped topping do you mean 'Cool Whip'?

It is amazing! No is the answer if cake gets soggy….When you put it back in the fridge, it hardens back up…It is soooo good! Im making it right now! You must try 🙂

      1. much better to put fork holes in the cake instead of giant holes… this is also how you make jello cake (minus the chocolate and carmal and candy bars) but so devine in it’s own right … yummmmmmm

        1. I tried it with fork holes, but it didn’t adsorb as well. Probably because Jello is thinner. That said, I use a chop stick instead of al thick wooden spoon handle and space them fairly evenly.

  67. One thing that I do differently is that I add Hot Fudge AS WELL as the Caramel! It makes it so so much better :)!

This cake is a family favorite in both mine and my husband's families, the only difference is that his family has always called it "Better Than Sex Cake" while my family calls it "ALMOST better than sex cake." I've always gotten a kick out of that comparison.

    1. Thats what ive always heard it called except they call it better then anything cake on the back of German chocolate cake mix! So delicious!

You have to try forking up the whole cake (instead of holes)and then drizzling-it makes it more uniform and awesome. Also freezing this cake takes it to a whole new level. I also like to put the heath bars on the cake before and after the whipped cream. It is a hit every time. One of my favorites-can you tell? 🙂

    1. Christi and Clifton ~ You said that freezing it takes it to a whole new level. Did you eat it frozen then or did you let it start to thaw? I thought about making this and freezing it, due to time. Then the morning I was going to use it, pull it out of the freezer and let it thaw till lunch time. I didn’t know how the cake would thaw. I didn’t want it to ruin the yumminess of the cake. Thanks.

I love this cake so much, but sometimes I make it with Reeses Peanut Butter Cups instead of Skor bars and it is AMAZING!!

    1. I do too! And I have a recipe where you put I believe 1/2 cup mini chocolate chips into the cake mix after it’s mixed well and then once you poke the holes put 1 jar hot fudge sauce and 1 jar caramel sauce (I heat them up just a bit) and then the whipped cream on top once cooled and top with reese cups! its wonderful!

          1. I made this with a yellow cake and topped it with hersey gold bsrs and pretzel broke up. My friend is alergic to chocolate so we call this the better than naked sex cake.

      1. Does anyone think that this recipe could be altered for Valentines Day? Maybe use a Red Velvet Cake with choc. chips, cream cheese icing (heated) melted into the holes, and maybe some pink tinted cool whip with a cherry pie filling topping and maybe some chopped walnuts??
