Ingredients 

  • 1 1/2 cups long grain rice
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 3 tablespoons taco seasoning
  • 2/3 cup water

Toppings

  • shredded lettuce

  • black beans
  • salsa

  • cilantro

Instructions 

  • Cook rice according to package directions.
