13 Thanksgiving Leftover Recipes

Thanksgiving Leftover RecipesWho doesn’t love Thanksgiving leftovers? I, for one, love them. I don’t know how your family does it, but we always cook up more turkey than what we can eat on Thanksgiving just so we can have leftovers the next day! Oftentimes I like to whip up something simple like a turkey sandwich or some turkey noodle soup, but sometimes I like to go for something completely different like some of the options below. No matter how they are served.. I love em! Here is a fabulous collection of Thanksgiving leftover recipes for your enjoyment. We have got you covered from breakfast to dinner and everything in between! I know we will be whipping up several of these recipes this year! Enjoy!

  1. Erica,
Thanks so much for including my Turkey Divan in your round up!
I’m especially delighted to make it for my spouse tomorrow, because it’s his birthday so to feed him his favorite casserole–and use up turkey leftovers–is a double win.
    Thanks!
